Victoria Park, a student from Grinnell College—or Pictoria Vark, her artist name—plays the bass and composes indie rock songs. During her semester with Hamilton in France, she performed live with two other American students in a small Parisian venue, and she tells us all about it.

The city of Strasbourg, located in Eastern France and in the heart of the Alsatian region, embodies a fascinating mix of French and German cultures. 🇫🇷🇩🇪 It is well-known for its Christmas Market, a tradition dating back to 1570 (!), where we roamed among the street lights and cute little huts.🎄🎅🎁

Cute villages and historical religious buildings. An olive oil factory and a Roman amphitheater. A 2000-year-old aqueduct bridge called le Pont du Gard—these are a few of the things we saw during our weekend in northern Provence. Here is a video along with some photos from our trip!
