To celebrate the end of the semester, we all gathered one last time for a warm reception filled with musical performances by the students 👏 We wish them a great summer full of interesting work experiences, and hope to see them again soon in the French capital or elsewhere 🇫🇷🇺🇸

A group of students recently took the métro line 1 toward western Paris to see the Fondation Louis Vuitton. Open since 2014, the museum is located by the Bois de Boulogne. Known for its iconic shape of a boat with sails, it contains artistic gems from the modern and contemporary periods.

Kimberly and Theophyl in action, and in French of course! Here, for their course entitled "Rewriting The Colonial Era", one of the HiF courses taught at Reid Hall, they are introducing the life of Haitian-Canadian novelist Dany Laferrière to their classmates and professor. Theophyl is a student from Williams and Kimberly is from Hamilton.

In Brittany, on the north-western coast, you're closer to nature than in Paris, but there is a lot of history too. An invigorating week-end a few hours away from the capital.
