The kickoff for the 2019-20 edition of Hamilton in France took place in Biarritz with orientation week, and the city has treated us well! Among other things, we learned how to make a typical cake from the region (the Gâteau Basque), visited a farm that grows Espelette peppers (Atelier du Piment d’Espelette), another one that makes organic yoghurts and cheese, and we also went to San Sebastian—all that while basking in the sun of the Basque Country and taking French classes in the morning… Next stop: Paris!
